I specialize in working with adolescent and adult men. I have worked with clients living with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Self-Esteem and Relationship Issues.

I have worked extensively with men and young men navigating their identity as a man, and adapting to new ways of navigating the modern world. I believe many men find value as a provider, and in a rapidly changing world it is necessary to form new definitions of manhood and learn new ways how to provide for others and to feel both valued and needed.

I’ve also worked with both adolescents and adults with ADHD, including managing academic assignments, academic deadlines, and executive functioning related to life and work responsibilities. I believe addressing concrete parts of your day to day, working on emotional regulation, and building practical coping skills to create new patterns and habits is integral to your success.

I use approaches like CBT, Mindfulness and the mind body connection to help you understand yourself better. I believe through reflection and openness you can bring the unconscious to the conscious, and choose how you want to move in the world.
