I’ve worked with adolescents and adults for over 8 years, specifically clients living with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Self-Esteem and Relationship Issues.
I use approaches ACT, CBT, IFS, Mindfulness and the mind body connection to help you understand yourself better. I believe through awareness of the present moment you can notice your urges, emotions and thoughts, and through different techniques choose how you want to move in the world.
One of my specialties is working with people living with ADHD and another mental health challenge, and using different therapeutic approaches together. Creating space between something happening and your reaction to it is powerful, and through this you can choose different responses to addictions, procrastination, overeating/overspending, or other reactions. I believe through these interventions it is possible to create new patterns and habits, and change your relationship with how you live with ADHD.
