I specialize in working with adolescent and adult men. I have worked with clients living with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Self-Esteem and Relationship Issues.
I use approaches like ACT, CBT, Mindfulness and the mind body connection to help you understand yourself better. I believe through awareness of the present moment you can notice your sensations, urges, emotions and thoughts, and through different approaches choose how you want to move in the world.
I've worked with many people with ADHD and use these approaches together. Creating space between something happening and your reaction is powerful, and through this you can build agency to choose different responses to addictions, procrastination, overeating/overspending, or other reactions. I believe through these interventions it is possible to create new patterns and habits, and change your relationship with how you live with ADHD.
