Unsure about Therapy
If you are still unsure about therapy, then I appreciate you! The odds are there is something you have to gain and something you have to lose by trying therapy. My question is are the things you've tried working? What happens if you try something else? I believe strongly in exploring new ways to solve a problem, especially if there's a resistance to that (that's a great sign it's needed).
Many men I've met haven't considered therapy because it means facing some uncomfortable emotions, they worry what other people would think, or they think it makes them a failure. My question is, do you want to be a man that tries to solve things only one way even if it doesn't work or only works sometimes?
I believe in courageously choosing to honor yourself, and acknowledging help as a strength because you want to be more aligned with the person you want to become. Being here is a huge step already. The best part is that you can stop anytime, and there is absolutely no judgment.
