Hi there! My name is Collin Stanhope, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Jamaica Plain, MA.

I believe for many feeling their feelings can be uncomfortable or they learned it's a bad thing. For myself when I was younger and for a lot of people, this has been tremendously helpful.

My approach is guided by getting in touch with your thoughts and feelings now, so you can move through stuck patterns and find new ways of responding to the world around you.

I believe in courageously choosing to honor yourself to be aligned with the person you want to become. I believe we have to create a space to authentically reflect in that way, and my hope is this can be one.
